Hit By Hitachi
Was reading the newspapers the other day and came across an article reviewing HITACHI"S FIGURES. Not surprising at all It has dipped quiet a bit from previous years.
I bought a 2 Ton Split from Hitachi, Costed me about a years Salary ( Pun Intended Totally ) and guess what the damn thing dint work a day. On repeated complaints the Customer service managers refused to speak to me and every time I called I got the same answer, No Supervisors available......The Twilight saga went on for about 20 days before the first team arrived, and i am saying 1st team.....had 5 teams come to my place to take a look with 5 different issues, trying to convince me that the split is fine......well Guess what Its been 2 Months and Mr Hitachi Refuses to budge. It blows HOT and Cold, Has Mood Swings and sometimes goes to sleep.....Not That Hitachi is Bothered.................Indeed a hard Hit By Hitachi.............Do you think the Consumer Forum will Cushion some of the Punches !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
